
Linda A. (Barrett) Daniels, 78, of Endicott, NY, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at Lourdes Hospital, Binghamton, NY, with her loving husband, David, at her side. Linda was born in Baltimore, MD, on July 8, 1939, to the late Charles and Nancy Barrett. She grew up in Andover, Massachusetts, graduating from Punchard High School in 1957, and married David on September 3, 1961. Among the many pleasures of her life, Linda loved reading, sewing, boating, and playing board games with family and friends. Linda was a member of the United States Power Squadrons, and the local Susquenango Sail and Power Squadron group, where she achieved the rank of Seaman (S) and was very proud to have achieved Life Member status. Additionally, for the past 40+ years she was an active member of her local sewing circle. Linda was a member of the Central United Methodist Church in Endicott. Linda is survived by her husband, David, of 56 years, four sons, Gary (Sally) of Pennellville, NY, Wayne of Royal Palm Beach, FL, Paul (Ann) of Endicott, and Eric (Cheryl) of Kent, OH, two granddaughters, Jacqueline and Ashley, two grandsons, Drew and Aubrey, her brother, Charles (Lyn) Barrett Jr. of Washington, UT, four nieces, and one nephew.
Services and Celebration of Linda’s Life were held at Central United Methodist Church, 17 Nanticoke Avenue, Endicott, NY, 13760, July 9, 2018.
